Who We Are

This site is run by the native web GmbH, a Germany-based company specialized in CQRS, Event Sourcing, Domain-Driven Design, and event-driven architectures.

Founded in 2012, we have been working with clients worldwide for almost two decades – from startups to large enterprises – to design and build distributed systems that are both technically sound and closely aligned with business needs.

Our team combines deep technical expertise with a strong focus on domain modeling and long-term maintainability.

Consulting

Our consulting services focus on helping teams design, model, and implement systems based on CQRS, Event Sourcing, and event-driven architectures. Typical areas include:

  • Event modeling: identifying commands, events, and consistency boundaries
  • Architecture design: structuring aggregates, read models, and projections
  • Reviews and audits: assessing existing systems for scalability, resilience, and maintainability

Workshops

Workshops are hands-on, interactive sessions tailored to your project and team. They are ideal if you want to quickly get a working prototype and align your team on a shared understanding of event-driven architecture.

A common format is our two-day "Getting Started" workshop, where we:

  1. Explore your domain and identify key processes
  2. Model commands, events, and consistency boundaries together
  3. Build a first prototype to demonstrate the concepts in practice

By the end of the workshop, you will have both a shared understanding of the concepts and a concrete technical foundation to build upon.

We also offer other formats, for example:
